Original full navy leather with four raised bands and titles in silver to the spine and upper board. Housed in a slipcase. All edges silver. Illustrated throughout with photographs in colour and black and white. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents clean throughout and without previous owners' stamps or inscriptions. Complete with the lightly rubbed and scuffed original slipcase. Issued in a limited edition of 250 copies, this example is numbered 40, signed by Ken Palmer in black ink and the owners recorded as Janet and Royden Roche on the limitation page. Inscribed by Eric Gallo in blue ink beneath his portrait "With love and deep remembrences of the / great association with your wonderful parents / Keith and Jean whom we all much loved".
