Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. First edition. Octavo. 239, 12 (epilogue), [2 references] pp. Illustrated. Brown buckram with spine gilt. Small owner label on map front flyleaf. Pages edges foxed with a couple of tiny stains, endleaves lightly foxed, dozens of marginal inked checkmarks in the text, thus good only in a heavily foxed, near very good dust jacket with a quarter-sized stain on the cover panel. Inscribed by Gilman on the front blank in the year of publication. Revolutionary War book that also prints the "The Court-martial and Vindication of Marjor General Charles Lee." A flawed but certainly still readable copy.
