Ink emendations to front cover in prior owner's hand (indicating title and publication date). Text-block has moderate foxing and age-toning to edges, and light age-toning throughout. Lacking final leaf. New York attorney and political figure John K. Porter's copy (his name appears on the cover, front pastedown and title-page).
