Has a Prize award message on the verso of the front cover dated 3rd Dec 1879, and both end papers are neatly removed (has no effect on how well bound the book is), which suggests they may have had some identification that they didn't want the person receiving the book as a prize to see. Certainly, the book is NOT from a library - there's no marks, highlighting or inscriptions other than the one already mentioned (on the back of the front cover).…
