Frontispiece map on blue paper (also by Cisneros), 12 full page illustrations by Cisneros, each with full page explanatory text by Fulgate on the opposing versos. Publisher's printed salmon wrappers with a Cisneros illustration on the front. With the original mailing envelope (also with a Cisneros illustrations). An excellent copy.
