Size 10.25" x 7.25", 287 plus 1pp publisher's advertisement. Pictorial paper covered boards with cloth to the spine with paper on top. Pictures boys and girls and a couple of fairier playing with va…rious toys and dolls, one dressed as Robin Hood, one on the rear cover in a sailor suit. Condition good, corners and edges rubbed, front hinge weak, a few of the black and white line illustrations have been coloured in, gift inscription dated 1920 in pencil to front pastedown else contents clean, no foxing. With a number of short stories, the First story is A Dangerous Game, followed by The Magic Time, Margaret's Little Pig . with fifteen colour plates and many black and white illustrations by Peter Fraser, Blampied, J. Pearson, Mabel Lucie Attwell, M.A. Peart, V.E. Jenkins, Anne Andersen.
