Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. The Phillips edition beautifully and professionally rebound in 3/4 leather over marbled cloth with barred spine. Gold lettering and design to the spine. All the original engravings and maps are present and in excellent condition. Hinges are sound. Pages are clean with light foxing. No bumped corners. Slight wear to marbled edges. A very handsome volume. It will be bubble-wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box to ensure safe transit.

While many author's have traveled through and written on the subject of Spain, this author take's the reader through a more in depth look at the people, customs, food, laws and punishments, along with much on the state of Spain and the American trade. A very good copy.
