Hardcover. Edited by Lewis Morris Hall. 8vo. Green cloth with gilt spine lettering, pictorial price-clipped dust jacket. 93pp. Color frontispiece, illustrations. Fine/very good. Faint jacket edgewear. A tight and attractive first edition, limited to 1000 copies, of this diary of a small town New York newspaper editor -- boldly signed and inscribed by the editor in blue ink on the front flyleaf: "With my best wishes -- / Lewis M. Hall / 15 December 1975." Title page bears the circular blind-embossed ownership imprint of Percy L. Greames Jr. (1906-84), American economist, historian and the American Party's 1980 presidential candidate.
