Add to basket"Veduta di grande formato, secondo l'angolazione che presenta la facciata e il lato destro della Cattedrale scoprendo il tiburio e il transetto destro. La piazza, acciotolata, presenta un primo piano in ombra che stacca e distanzia l'immagine.Descritta finemente la facciata nei particolari del protiro e del rosone con la decoraz…ione sovrastante, così come nelle bifore, trifore e oculi dei campi laterali. Presenta la sola guglia di destra. Lievemente accentuata la profondità del campanile ornato da pennacchi; correttamente disegnata la cella campanaria. In evidenza l'orologio nuovo messo in opera l'incendio del 1755, secondo la Cronistoria di Monza del Modorati. Si notino, ai lati della trifora sotto l'orologio due cartelle marmoree con iscrizioni: oggi appaiono murate sui fianchi del protiro in seguito al restauro del Beltrami.Il gruppo di case sulla sinistra presenta i caratteristici ingressi alle botteghe" (Mulazzani, Crespi 1985)L'incisione presenta alcuni segni del tempo, come da immagine, e si presenta applicata su tela.
