First Edition. TYPED LETTER SIGNED dated 6-14-1954, about 150 words to Lester Cole concerning the acceptance of his story UNBORN OF EARTH to be published in Science Fantasy #9. He goes on to state that this is not the first story of Cole's he has read, that payment has been arranged via his foreign agent, Forrest Ackerman and that he hopes he will not let too long an interval elapse before he produces another such story. (E. J. "Ted" Carnell was a prolific author, essayist, editor and anthologist in the United Kingdom for many years).
