Over 300 Meticulously arranged and notated photos taken while on car trips through Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts. Photos of landscapes, historic sites, and architecture. No dates, but cars shown in pictures are cir. 1940's. Hand made maps, finely drawn on tissue paper, are included at the opening of each "chapter" and outline the route taken. Sites include Wilton, Ridgefield, Redding and Kent, CT; Hudson River and Catskills, NY; the Mohawk Trail and Salem MA. Photos are sharp and mounted on heavy cardboard leaves.
