Also a folding plate showing the various stages in building a bridge. Pagination V1, 490, plus very long index Vocabulorum Omninium quae in Caesare Leguntur, plus 1pp publisher's booklist. Title page in red and black. Size 200 x 125mm. Full leather 18th Century binding with front board detached and slight wear at head and foot of spine, but the back board and spine are tight. The text is tight and good with negligible age-browning, though there are a few old ink marks. See photographs attached.
