"Newly Fashioned Throughout Christian Management | All Outside Rooms Centrally Located | The Best Low Rate Hotel in the City | The Arlington | A.E. Sold as a group only. Only date printed is the one on Pike's Peak card and presumably all are early twentieth century and fairly contemporary to June 1902.…
