Some of the topics included "Watch the Thermometer," "Count the Calories," "Balancing Work, Play, and Sleep," etc. It also featured an extensive exercise chart, a weight chart, and a balanced ration chart. A striking, eye-catching detail of the booklet was the illustration on the front wrap, displaying in profile a running, entirely-naked man, with only a messenger bag partially covering his mid-section.
