Even, several worst cases for which the system needs to be tested may never occur and thus performance and reliability of controllers for those cases are always questionable. Another way is to set up a Wind Turbine in the lab. However, it is difficult to set up a WT in the laboratory because of challenges like space and a controlled environment.
