Hinges and gutters are slightly cracked with exposed netting. Binding is slightly loose. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Lettering is bright and clear. Moderate sunning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Minor splits to spine ends and corners causing cloth to be frayed. Visible wear marks to boards.

Pastedowns and most pages throughout are a little discoloured due to age and bearing a spot of foxing. Previous bookseller's stamp on front pastedown. Board edges are thumbed and discoloured. Covers bear some patches of rubbing and scuffing. Head and tail of spine bumped. Corners rounded. Binding is neat, yet spine is cocked and split at back pastedown.
