Hard Bound. Condition: Very Good. Very good in brown cloth-covered boards with nouveau art design in black stamped to front board and spine and decorative title with gold background. Gold-tipped page edges. Some wear to board extremities, light soiling to boards, small surface tear toward bottom gutter of front fly page and brief starting at hinge in same location. Name of former owner lightly written to front endpaper and words "Christmas 1885" to rear endpaper, both in light pencil. Light foxing on the endpapers but NO FOXING NOR MARKINGS to interior. In remarkably sound condition.
