More prominent to text block edges and free endpapers, lighter to pastedowns. Hinges are lightly cracked but boards remain firmly attached. Previous owner's signature to title page…. Book is slightly bowed and forward leaning with visible sunning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier sunning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Unclipped dust jacket with moderate rubbing, chipping and tearing to edges. Pronounced insect damage to folds and edges. Mild tanning and scuffing overall.

The right-hand section of each leaf is per…forated so that it can be removed and put in the book being borrowed, with space to note who it was borrowed from and when, below an illustration. A clever idea, which has not been used in this case. In Very Good+ Condition: cover is lightly soiled; internally clean and bright.
