In Acceptable…condition. Several nicks and short tears (1 inch or less) with creasing along the edges. A previous owner's name in ink at the top corner of the front cover, and an original music dealer's rubber stamp (Neville-Mahone Music Co., Los Angeles) on the front cover. Light to moderate toning, spotting and soiling to the pages. Otherwise unmarked.A 1924 Irving Berlin, Inc. printing of the courtship novelty "Oh Baby (Don't Say No - Say Maybe)," words by Bud G. De Sylva and music by Walter Donaldson, two of the era's leading songwriters. Featured by Jean Granese, whose photograph appears on the front cover, with Art Deco cover art by Malcolm Perret and a ukulele arrangement by May Singhi Breen. The inside front cover carries musical samples of two other songs; the back cover advertises Irving Berlin's "Lazy.".
