Previous owner's stamp (multiple times). Introduction by Hector Charlesworth. In 1916, the author was a surgeon appointed to be Inspector-General of the Canadian Army Medical Corps. A report he wrote urging a complete reorganization of the Corps was somehow released to the public, much to the embarrassment of the government at the time. Very few of his suggestions were implemented. This book is a follow-up to the debacle. 321 pp. Size: 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Book.
