London: Printed by G.J.Yonge, Great Smith Street, 1866, first edition, original cloth gilt-lettered on the front cover, 19 x 12 cm., (viii) + 57 pages, 12 b/w plates all but one with an additional blank leaf facing the image, all edges gilt, small ink mark on the recto of the rear free endpaper, small faint stain affecting the upper margin of all the plates (see the photographs), occasional slight foxing, occasional very slight finger-marking, otherwise in very good condition.
