Softcover. 4to. Condition: Good. Unpaginated. Pages are clean and unmarked. Beige textured paper wraps with black text and imagery. Cover has sunning, light soiling and wear. Top edge is foxed. There are also several stamps inside and one along back of previous owner. Corners pointed and binding is secure. Originally published to commemorate the opening of Jacksonville's City Hall in the historic St. James Building on December 12, 1997.
