Brown cloth hardcover, no dj, binding very good, 149 clean and unmarked pp. Ex seminary library with the usual extras, including white ink call numbers against a black ink background on the spine. William Morehead Britt (1858-1935), b. Cass Co., Missouri; d. Dwight, Illinois. Britt was a Methodist minister who earned a "Principle of Pedagogy" degree from the University of Missouri in 1878. His byline under his name on the title page is "Minister, Missionary, Mystic." There are 19 chapters in the book, with such titles as God a Father, Children of God, Authority and Obedience, The Father's Love, The Father of a Family, Christ and the Kingdom, Human Brotherhood Unpopular, The Power of the Witness, The Problem of Evil, Seeking and Finding, Saved or Lost, The Supernatural, &c.
