Full Leather. Condition: Very Good. No Dust Jacket. Pp. [50], 800, [204]. Contemporary full polished calf binding with 5 raised bands to the spine, later title label. Good with some general wear and rubbing, joints partially cracked but still holding very firmly, leather chipped to head/tail of the spine and bottom corners. Cont…ents good and tight, inscribed RFC to the title page which is also a little age soiled, small contemporary bookplate of Cary (This is the Cary family of the Channel Islands and the bookplate bears their motto "sine macula" i.e. without blemish and depicts "a swan argent, wings endorsed"); paper toned with slight foxing. Generally a very good tight copy. Size: Small 8vo (11 X 17cm). Book.
