Trade Paperback. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. First Edition. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Scarce screenplay by this prominent Hollywood figure. 20pp. (rectos only). 8.5 x 11' typed sheets with green cardstock covers, with typed title label (has some light handwritten pencil corrections to text). Moderate handling wear, crease to front cover. Short scenario, set in a Western town named 'King City' and involving a red-headed exotic dancer who proves to be a tamer of horses as well as men. Extremely early example for the writer; dated '8/25/67' on upper wrapper's paper label (earliest screenplay of note was 'The Counterfeit Killer', 1968). Bound in green medium stock wrapper, 2 brass brads at spine edge (but with 3 punch holes); typed upper wrapper paper label. Bochco (born 1943), American television producer and writer, winner of 11 prime-time Emmy Awards; series include 'Hill Street Blues' (1981-87), 'L. A. Law' (1986-94), 'NYPD Blue' (1993-2005).
