Cloth at spine at top board has a few black scuff marks at the top and bottom along three 1/8th inch white discolorations. Otherwise near new. Jacket is unprice-clipped with wear around edges and the corners have been worn through the jacket at the tips of the corners and at the head of the spine. Overall a EXCELLENT book in a VERY GOOD plus jacket. verett Franklin Bleiler (born 1920) is an editor and bibliographer of science fiction and Fantasy. He has won the World Fantasy Award for Life Achievement and the Pilgrim Award for science fiction scholarly works. He also co-edited the first "year's best" series of science fiction anthologies.
