By leading historians of Norwegian immigration culture and settlement including but not limited to: Knut Gjerset, Kristian Prestgard, Einar Haugen, Kenneth Bjork, Theodore Jorgenson, Karen Larsen etc. Stiff wraps as issued, good plus. Set of Gerhard M. Cartford with his signature on cover or endpaper. A graduate of St. Olaf College with a Master of Church Music from New York in 1950, Cartford taught at Luther Seminary, was appointed liturgical commissioner for Renewal and church music in Latin America in 1977.
