hardcover. Condition: Acceptable. 22nd Edition. Evangelical Publishers [Published Date: 1927]. Hardcover, 155 pp. 22nd Edition. In acceptable+ condition/ NO dust jacket. Green cloth covered boards with faded gold lettering on spine. Light bumping to edges of covers and light to moderate overall scuffing, aging and soiling to covers as well. Thin crack to spine at title page but binding is still intact. Previous owner's name in ink and "Christian Supply Center" sticker on front paste down. Otherwise pages are lightly aged but unmarked with occasional light spotting and soiling. A good reading copy. Some black and white illustrations. A biography of Ann Preston, known as "Holy Ann," detailing her spiritual journey and life of faith. Originally from Ireland, Preston emigrated to Canada, where she became widely respected for her devout Christian life and charitable works. With an introduction by John Potts, D.D., the book offers insights into Preston's character, her unwavering faith, and her impact on those around her. Illustrated with a frontispiece portrait and a few additional images.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. This vintage copy of An Irish Saint - Life Story of Ann Preston (Holy Ann) was written by Helen E. Bingham - has an Introduction by Dr. John Potts - and does have a black-an-white portrait and a few illustrations. The book was published by Evangelical Publishers in the early 20th century (the copyright is 1927 and this is the Eighteenth Edition). There is an inscription that dates the book to 1831 on the front loose end page. It is 4 3/4" by7 1/4" and has 155 pages - a Table of Contents the alluded to black-and-white photographs/illustrations - and a few pages of advertisements at the end of the book. It is NOT an ex-library book- has no dust jacket - and is in very good condition. Thank you!
