Covers are faded around edges and spine, gently rounded at spine tips and corners. Stamp on front pastedown, hint of page toning else neat, clean and tight throughout. A copy of the Fire Brigades Act 1938 itself is loosely laid in - it is toned, tatty and marked.

Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.
