This one consists of two sections - 'Sea Fisheries' by EWH Holdsworth and 'Salmon Fisheries' by Archibald Young. Scarce.

A fair ex-library copy in original brown sand-grain cloth, joints and edges rubbed, library rubber stamp on the title verso and ink stains from the removal of library labels on the front endleaves, and a previous owner's signature on the front free endleaf.

Original maroon cloth shows some rippling and old insect damage, and there is some staining to the fore edge of the text block and the rear endpapers. Binding tight, text clean. Part of a fairly extensive series, with different industries covered in each volume. Includes illustrations of gunstock, bullets, and machinery.
