Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Profusely illustrated. (illustrator). 1st ltd ed. FINE book, no DJ. Limited to 1040 copies. AS NEW inside. Blue tinted top edge. Black cloth spine, blue boards. 11"x9", 330pp. Spine gilt faded a bit & 1/8" of each spine end frayed. Two color tp, in black & red/brown. Two maps in color, two full page color plates. Many b/w in text & full page. Book stays closed when stood on spine, a good sign of having been read with great care. FINE book. 1st limited ed. Two minor spine flaws, else flawless.
