hardcover. Condition: Fair. Scarce 1931 first edition limited to 990 copies. 4to in 1/4 leather over paper covered boards. Fair condition with leather on the spine in serious disrepair with loss. Binding still holding strong. Staining to boards. Interior in much better shape: gift inscription on ffep, otherwise text and beautiful tipped in plates are nice and clean throughout.

Pages tanned, corners worn with a small spot of loss at the foot of the spine, else a very good hardback in a darkened and lightly chipped jacket that is split at the front joint and has a couple of small spots of loss at the front panel.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. The book is bound in green paper over hardboard with slightly faded gold lettering. There is some wear to the top, bottom and edge of the spine. It contains 12 beautiful tipped in plates of Cobb's dry point pictures of dogs. Pages are clean and binding is tight. Cobb's exquisite monochrome drypoints are often removed from copies of this book; I am pleased to say that all 12 are present. This was never a library book.

Dark grayish blue hardcover printed in gilt, no dustjacket. Minor cover rubbing, chip to spine head, good hinges, firm text block, lightly age-toned but clean pages, no names or other markings. All plates present and in very good condition. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.

This book is bound in bright red boards with bright gilt letters on the spine & front cover with a gilt boxed illustration on the front cover. There is a small crack on the front hinge. There is light browning on the edges of the front end paper. There are 12 of 12 full-page black & white plates, all clean & unmarked. The dust jacket has small chips off the spine tips & cover corners, with very light wear along the edges & a 1 cm X 3 cm hole in the bottom of the back cover.

The dust jacket has a small chip off the top edge of the back cover, 1 cm chips off the spine tips, light wear along the edges with numerous closed tears along the edges of the spine, almost detached, but still holding. The flap edges have closed tears with chips off the cover corners. The front cover is bright.
