Boards have light shelf wear with minor corner bumping and crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering remains bright and clear. Clipped jacket has light edge wear with a moderate tear and some mild chipping and creasing. Some tanning and foxing to all surfaces, particularly to spine. Faint droplet stains on rear.

Not price clipped. The boards show little sign of wear. Small booksellers plate to front paste-down. The binding is firm, the leaves are in very good condition and the pages are clean. Moderate foxing spots to the end papers, half-title page and also with a little soiling to the text block edges. Measures 22.2 x 14.5 x 3.1cm. 466 pages.
