Despite not being in the first 15 copies this one has, as well as the signatures of Berea and the author of the preface Maximilien Gauthier; not one but two pieces of original art by Berea. On the first endpaper is a quick self-portrait with an inscription and on the second endpaper is a fully realised drawing in pen and watercolour of Capri.
