Not just ski-ing but skating, lugeing, bobbing, ice-hockey, curling, training, etc. Much humour on such subjects as avalanche burial, blonde and brunette skis, the use of flasks in ski-jumping, how to get your own skis from the ski-truck, snake-fur braces, the truth about wax, and so on.
