Sie konnen beim Lesen jederzeit einsteigen, wo Sie mochten. Neben meinen Kolumnen enthalt das Buch auch inspirierende Gedanken anderer Laufer, mal kurzer, mal langer. Laufen soll Freude bereiten und zum Lachen anregen. Freuen Sie sich auf die witzigen Karikaturen von Sepp Buchegger, die das Buch zu etwas Besonderem machen. Also: Laufen Sie gut! Lesen Sie gut!
