These plates have 32 illustrations on them; the book also includes a fold-out table of distances between towns and bridges on the Thames, preface, occasional in-text figures and index. Green cloth hardback with blind tooled/stamped borders to boards and gilt titles to spine. (Appears to be a later rebind, possibly mid-late 19th century). Generally very good condition - browning and foxing to edges, offsetting to title page, offsetting from old bus ticket to pp50-51, binding secure, light wear to corners, boards and spine.
