64pp, (6.75 x 8.25 inches). Very Good condition in yellow wrappers (soft cover). Covers slightly soiled, corners rubbed, front cover creased next to spine. Entire little book has a very light vertical crease (really more of a bend) down the middle. As if someone had very loosely folded it and stuck it into a pocket. Pages a litt…le yellowed, otherwise contents clean and firmly bound, no tears or creases, no markings.
