Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. First Edition. The book is in very good shape but has been just a little along about two inches of the top edge and a small spot on front edge of back cover. Nicely signed "With Best Wishes John Barr" on blank front end page. jacket is a little edge worn with wear at corners and spine ends and minor chipping. No date anywhere buy I am guessing 1920's or 30's. Official training textbook for the British Amature WEight-lifters's association. Lots of photos of exercise techniques. Seems to have been associated with Vigour magazine, they probably provided photos. Signed by Author(s).
