Decr. last enclosing to you Bills of Lading of Stores shipped by this Department on board the Plantagenet, Regent and Ann Transports consigned to you by order of the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury in part of the supply of British Produce and Manufactures for the use of the Portuguese Government. - And I have now to enclose for your information a Bill of Lading with Invoice annexed [neither present] of a further supply for this Service'. A list of items and quantities follows; with flints, hygrometers, hydrometers and Reaumur thermometers 'For the Royal Arsenal of the Army'; '210 Pigs of Lead' 'For Barracks & Fortifications', and sheeting, writing paper, wrapping paper, packthread and 'Packages of Medicines' 'For Military Hospital'.
