Spine has a very small hole to the front edge and slight wear to the upper end. Covers are slightly rubbed. Title page, the last page of text (limitations page) , and the facing blanks are lightly foxed. ; Inscribed on the front free endpaper in one hand "Peg & Fred Barbour," dated June 3, 1964. Hardcover, bound in gray cloth, printed in gilt. Pale staining to the lower part of the fore-edge. Brief inscription of the free front endpaper. No dust jacket, but in a plain slipcase.
