Hurlbut, Grand Master of the United States. A note indicates that the Grand Commandery Knights Templar of the States of Wisconsin and Vermont have adopted the tactics and drill here set out.The compilers write in their preface that their tactics can be easily understood by those unfamiliar with military terms but would meet with the approbation of military men.Rare.
