Condition: Fair. 1934. 209 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth with gilt lettering. Inscription to front pastedown and endpaper. Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with creased corners and foxing. Heavy Water marks to page edges and corners. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean. Heavy water marks to boards and spine.

"The Telegraphy of Photographs, Wireless and by Wire", in Nature, vol 84, no. 2129, 18 August 1910, pp 220-226 (with 12 figure illustrations and diagrams) in the issue of pp 197-228. This is the full weekly issue, extracted and disbound from a larger bound volume. There is an old certcial fold running through the issue. GOOD condition. This is an early work on what is basically known now as facsimiles, and is alsofor Nature, quite an extended article. Baker would publish a 146pp book in this year by about the same title, plus another edition (featuring much on the new Baird television system) in 1926.
