Internally very good clean tight sound square, bookplate to pastedown with scoring, no further inscriptions of any kind. Bound in bright gilt lettered ruled and illustrated full calf leather gently rubbed to extremities, lower and foreedge of leaves coloured marbling to match. Great shelf presence featuring 5 raised gilt ruled bands, 5 elaborately gilt embossed compartments, leather label very gently chipped.
