Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Very Good. The Arena Vol II This is an original physical copy of The Arena, Volume II (1890), edited by B. O. Flower and published by the Arena Publishing Co. in Boston, is a rare collectible from the Progressive Era. Original print editions of Volume II such as this one (covering June through November 1890…, Whole Nos. 7-12) are extremely scarce in the physical market. The magazine was published prior to 1923, placing it in the public domain, which has led to widespread digitization but reduced the commercial incentive to preserve or trade physical copies compared to copyrighted works. Most surviving copies are held in institutional archives rather than private collections. Rather than being held in an institutional archive, this one is available for purchase. It is in exceptionally good condition, with a solid cover and all pages in clean and solid condition, all firmly still attached to the spine. There is no physical damage, just a little fading due to its age. See photos.
