Considering the year of its publication, 1953-still a very difficult year from the political point of view- this was quite an achievement. The permission of the state censorship for the publication of the book was due primarily to a trick, namely the title that was chosen for the book: "The Nazi Policy of Extermination of the Jews in the Years 1939-1945 as one of the Aspects of German Imperialism". The emphasis of the title on German imperialism rather than on the fate of the Jews made the publication of the book possible. Minor soiling on binding.
