Condition: Fair. 24 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth with gilt lettering. Inscription to front endpaper. Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with light foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed.

Square octavo; (i), 1-17, 17A-17B, 18-20 (printed on calendared paper),24 pages, [ii added typed pages], variant brown cloth, light rubber stamped name on pastedown. NOTE: printed on recto of leaves only, with illustrations likewise on calendared paper. A sincere, dedicated "fan" piece to the divine Anna Pavlova. The two mimeographed leaves tipped-in at the rear endpapers are "Further Notes from Preface and on Statue etc." Part of the purpose of this work is to encourage contributions to a fund to place a statue of Pavlova in London. Five plates.
