No inscriptions. The dust jacket is price clipped and has wear to all corners and to the top and bottom of the spine; also slight edgewear and light fading to front in places, less so to back. A photograph can be sent on request. Records the historic architecture of Newcastle upon Tyne 'from the first Roman settlement, through the stormy midle ages, the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, the prosperous Victorian era of Grainger and Dobson and on to the twentieth century'.
