Quote from Ernest Mandel, guest of honor, at fourth conference, September 6, 1968: "Students are the detonators in the formula for triggering off a social explosion creating a revolutionary situation." Anti-communist writer and reporter Alice Widener for whatever reason was allowed to attend the conferences. Interesting collection of Marxist, radical socialists listed in the index at the end of the booklet. Possible small liquid stain on upper left hand of the front cover. Size: 8.25 x 10.75.
