First American edition of this naval novel in the Richard Bolitho series. 320 pages in bright clean condition just usual very slight light browning to outer edges of pages due to quality of paper used. INSCRIBED by ALEXANDER KENT on half title page With my best wishes Douglas Reeman Alexander Kent 1969. Dustwrapper is very slightly brownedwith a couple of very tiny tears to edges, very small V shape loss to top rear and a little wear to top of spine, not price clipped, gold lettering a little dulled on spine of outer boards.
